SPEED AND AGILITY WINTER CLINIC

Run by Coaches Amanda Macagnone and Jenna Burke

Our total body program will develop each athletes individual quickness and strength. We incorporate a variety of body weight exercises to build the strength it takes to improve each players speed.

Feb 5th – March 26th

8 week program
  • Proper Sprinting Mechanics
  • Increasing Lower Body Strength
  • Injury Prevention
  • Increasing quickness and agility

Grades 5-8
